Hotel Indigo in Madison, WI
New boutique hotels offer a unique opportunity for architectural intrigue and new innovations. For the new 144-room, five-story, Hotel Indigo in Madison, Wis., that is exactly the case. The goal of energy efficiency made us an ideal partner, as precast is an incredibly efficient building material. In addition, it offers sound reduction – important for a hotel. We were proud to work on this project along with contractor Stevens Construction Company, engineer Fink Horejsh LLC and architect Potter Lawson.
