New General Manager Joins Spancrete Team at Sebring, Fl., Plant
Spancrete is proud to announce Robert Guptill of Port Charlotte, Fl., has joined its team as general manager at its Sebring, Fl., production facility.
A former Navy petty officer, Guptill has been in the Florida precast industry for ten years, managing everything from dispatch to quality control to supply chain analysis. His strength is in working with teams to inspire growth. He will be responsible for overall operations at the plant, as well as developing programs to improve efficiencies and assisting with sales efforts. Guptill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Mount Olive College.

Spancrete’s plant in Sebring spans over 20 acres and produces Hollowcore, RibSlab flooring, Stairs and Risers. Spancrete solutions can be found locally in assisted living facilities, hotels, schools, manufacturing facilities and more. The company employs over 50 individuals in roles ranging from production to estimating to design at its Sebring facility, and is headquartered in Waukesha, Wis.
