Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee Honor Spancrete President With Award
Spancrete President and COO Alan Antoniewicz received the Irving J. Seher Award from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee this week. Antoniewicz received the award at the Clubs' MVP Salute To Youth Dinner and Celebration at the Pfister Hotel.
The award ceremony “recognizes the achievements of Club members and honors those who support the Clubs in the community.” Along with Antoniewicz, five other honorees received awards.
“I started attending the Seher Club when I was in grade school,” said Antoniewicz. “Being part of the club was such a rewarding experience that my parents decided it would be a good thing for my brother and I to attend Camp Whitcomb. After we returned, I remember gushing to my mom and dad about what a great experience it was.”
“It’s humbling to be recognized by a group that’s doing so much to help Milwaukee. It’s truly rewarding to give back and support them as they improve the lives of thousands of our young people.”
Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is the largest youth-serving agency in Milwaukee, with more than 43,000 members and over 5,000 young people interacting with the programs daily.
