Spancrete is committed to providing high quality precast architectural and structural concrete products and systems and has an extensive quality policy that governs our entire process. From engineering to drafting to management to production to quality control, Spancrete works together to provide high quality architectural and structural precast concrete products. Our quality policy is segmented into three key areas: Design, Plant and Field Erection.

Design: We work closely with all members of the project team to ensure consistancy and to create a structure that everyone is proud of.

Plant: All of the Spancrete manufacturing facilities are PCI Certified. With this certification, the plants must consistently demonstrate their committment to quality principles and practices. Each facilities has two 120-point independent unannounced audits in a calendar year to examine all aspects of the plant operations including engineering practices and management committent.

Field: Our field and erection teams are governed by the PCI Erectors Manual. Spancrete provides two site inspections as part of the PCI Field Audit. Spancrete also utilizes the PCI Qualified Erectors Program, or a derivative of the program, as one of the quality measures for internal and external erection crews.
