The Bradley Center, located in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin is home to the NBA Milwaukee Bucks, the AHL Milwaukee Admirals, and the Marquette University Golden Eagles NCAA men’s basketball team. In addition, it hosts concerts and special events throughout the year. The entertainment complex can hold up to 20,000 guests for each event and hosts an estimated 1.2 million people each year.

The Bradley Center was built with an accelerated construction schedule. It took only two years to complete the 550,000 sq. ft. facility. Spancrete served as the leader of the Precast Construction Team and was responsible for precast design/build, project management and erection services for the sports facility. Durability and life safety factors were major benefits to using precast in this public facility.
