Spancrete Adds Industry Veterans at Florida Location
Spancrete welcomes Chet VanSyckel as plant manager and Scott Hadder as business development manager. Each brings over 20 years of construction industry experience to the company’s Sebring, Fla., facility.
Vansyckel will plan, schedule and direct ongoing production as the plant manager. He will also oversee the implementation of company safety and continuous improvement programs. He brings with him a passion for employee growth and working to ensure compliance is met at all levels of the business, from plant safety to product quality. Vansyckel is a state of Florida-certified general contractor.
Hadder has been involved in many parts of the construction process, offering a well-rounded approach to the sales process. His technical knowledge is an asset to developing design and product recommendations, while his bottom-line insights help keep projects within scope. He will manage customer relationships, and help grow the prominence of precast solutions for buildings and other structures in Florida. Hadder holds an associate’s degree in architectural engineering from I.T.T. Technical Institute.

Spancrete’s plant in Sebring, Fla., spans 22 acres and produces Hollowcore, RibSlab flooring, RePlenish and Stair systems. Spancrete solutions can be found locally in residential, hotel, school, assisted living facilities and more. The company employs 29 individuals in roles including production, estimating and design at its Sebring facility. The company is headquartered in Waukesha, Wis.
