Jim has more than fifteen years of experience working in sales and technical sales in the precast concrete industry. Clapper will be based at the new Spancrete of Illinois, Inc. business office in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Clapper formerly held the position of Regional Sales Manager for Rinker Materials in Indianapolis.
