This facility was constructed with Spancrete® insulated precast wall panels with a ribbed texture plus hollowcore plank for flooring. Approximately 45,000 square feet of plank, in 6-, 8- and 12-inch widths were used along with 146 panels with an exposed-aggregate finish.
