This 200,000 square foot Olympic Training Facility was composed of Spancrete® Non-Load Bearing Insulated Wall Panels as tall as 38' and weighing up to 30,400 pounds. Speed of construction, design flexibility and low maintenance were the key benefits to using precast in this project. This project was constructed by Spancrete and the panels were erected at a rate of 20 per day. The 217 panels totaling over 61,000 square feet featured a sand blasted exterior finish with horizontal reveals.
