Loomis Medical Building

The 65,000-square-foot Loomis Professional Building is a striking presence for the community of Greenfield, Wis. Strategically situated close to the street, with parking in the rear, the building maintains dramatic architectural details impressing every visitor and passer-by.

Spancrete provided both the structural and architectural precast concrete components. The thin brick and sand "buff" exterior wall panels give the Loomis Professional Building its "wow" factor. The exterior load-bearing wall panels also feature a variety of reveals.

Completed on time and within budget, Spancrete was involved from the very start of the project, helping to ensure delivery of an awe-inspiring and quality precast building while simultaneously meeting every timeline of the demanding schedule.

Among the many benefits of using precast concrete was the ability to work on the interior of the north structure while the south exterior was erected. The use of precast concrete also reduced overall construction time by minimizing the number of trades involved.
